This practice seeks the support of its patients in trying to provide a high quality service. Suggestions, recommendations or comments on any aspect of this practice are welcomed and should be forwarded to the Practice Manager. Patients may also be asked to take part in surveys of various kinds, including information relating to their experiences at the surgery or of hospital treatments. If you are asked to take part by completing a questionnaire, please remember that the important information you supply will help us to improve your health service.

The Practice uses the translation services of Pearl Linguistics as and when necessary for the languages of Urdu, Bangladeshi, Hindi, Croatian, Somali and Swahili. Pearl Linguistics offer fact to face interpreting, telephone interpreting and translation services.
We realise many people consult to improve their understanding of their condition. We have patient information displays throughout the building and a well stocked Patient Library with many useful information leaflets. Also, some books, tapes and videos are available via Reception.
You have the right to see your patient record and can do so by filling in a form which is available from our patient library, and handing it to the receptionist. You will then be contacted by the practice administrator to arrange a time when you can come in and view your record. If you want copies of any of your record, there may be a charge for these.
